Louisiana Youth Convention Weekend!!!
WOW GUYS, WHAT A DAY!!! E.Ivey here, just giving you guys a brief update as we approach the end of a great day! Despite all of the series of challenges throughout the day, this event really turned out to be an awesome opportunity for God's Spirit to move! A HUGE thanks to all of the workers and staff at Glad Tidings Church for being so hospitable and FLEXIBLE!! There's not a noise ordinance in America that can keep us from shouting the name of Jesus from the rooftops! :-) Also a big shout out to Greg Pampell and Matt Woodward for all of your help and support! You guys are true servants with the heart of Christ, and for that, we are truly grateful! Love you guys! I got some great help from Greg's son, Nicholas, in setting up my drums and running lines! And turns out he's a pretty good drummer too!! LOL....
After that, we went through a bit of a relocation process due to certain circumstances beyond our control into the Youth facility. Which turned out to be not only a better venue, but an atmosphere more conducive for what God had originally planned all along....and that was VERTICAL WORSHIP!! God always sees the big picture, so what happened? Lo and behold, God placed right in front of an awesome youth group from Baton Rouge with one of the most sincere youth pastors you could ever ask for! Jordy was a blessing to be around and we look forward to seeing him again soon!
So we got a got a great sound check and from there it was business as usual...enlarging Heaven and plundering Hell!! We really entered into a place of relational intimacy that allowed us to take advantage of a powerful moment in the presence of God. It is during those moments, that for me personally, I kinda feel like David did in Psalm 8:3 when he said, "When I consider Your Heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place, what is man that You are mindful of him? The son of man that You care for him?" So powerful and majestic is the God we serve!
And finally, we finished the night off with some great food and fellowship at Tony's Pizza. And lemme just say it was AMAZING! So if you're ever in the Lake Charles, LA area, hit it up!
Well thats all from me for now! Thanks for tagging along for the ride with us....lots more to come from FIS in the near future....please continue to be in prayer about our new full length album, as we are endeavoring to record this month!! To God be the glory and may He give all the increase!! God bless you all!!

Upcoming dates and Awesomeness
Hey guys!
I hope all is well! God is God! God being good is enough for us all and should be enough for us all as we get in the flow of His flow and get in alignment with His will! I hope God is working mightily in your life and increasing His kingdom through the calling He has placed upon you! FIS is moving into a very awesome, busy season, and we have much expectancy for God to blow upon us like never before! As we position ourselves in total surrender before Him, He will show Himself strong on our/your behalf.
We are super excited about the upcoming first full length project from FIS. We all believe that this project is going to carry much power and intimacy to draw others closer and more in love with Jesus. That's the point right? I'd say to kind of sum the sound and purpose of our music up would be: a progressive sound carrying an intimate edge of loving Christ more. We see that when the sound is more progressive without losing the intimate/passionate edge for God's presence, it can really usher in a break-through moment for people who have only ever experienced religion and can really help people break into a "God-moment" in an instant. We know that His Presence is the answer to the need of this generation. His presence can define us, identify us, and empower us to be who He's already called us to be.
So in saying all that, we are very excited about God's direction in our hearts and music and family and personal ministries and local church ministries concerning this band of believers, brothers, and families. God has entrusted us all with the gospel of His Son,,,what will we do with it? I hope you keep your ears open for this new sound and come out to the events and support this ministry and the sound of heaven that is growing in the earth. We are throwing every politically correct agenda out the window. We are seeking a life-changing experience in the presence of God over this upcoming CD release and over every live event. You have my commitment to press in aggressively deeper than ever before to see the break through for the captive. Why don't you be apart? Make it a point to show up to the FIS events and be apart of the movement. Yes, i know its happening all around, but you can find it purposefully happening hear in Jesus name!!! Ok, I'm getting exited now!!!
So about the upcoming events....lots is happening!
April 2nd: Assembly of God Youth Convention in Lake Charles LA
April 10th: Life Choices Benefit Festival with (ALTERED - - awesome group out of Pineville, LA - - these guys really rock). Event will be held @ North Crossings in Monroe, LA. Check Fbook and site for all the official info.
April 17th: Chi Alpha Music Festival @ Railroad Park in Ruston

We challenge you to come be apart of not a band growing in influence but in a band growing the influence of Christ in people hearts. This is not a band as much as a ministry. Come out and minister with us, release the sounds into the heavens, shift things in the heavenlies, release God into others,,,this is what happens @ any FIS event and we welcome you to join beside us and take your role in the kingdom of God. If you would like to extend a physical hand to help or if you would like to be used in a specific capacity,,,contact us and we can put you to work!!!
Bless you all! Looking forward to His return,,,until then,,buckle up!!!

HEAVEN IS HERE!!!
Hey all you FIS peoples and friends,
I hope this blog finds you doing so wonderfully awesome in the goodness of God. This we know, God is good, God is faithful, God is a Father!!! As we find ourselves looking @ Him more and looking @ ourselves less, we see the reality of the present victory that is here now in Him!!! So glad that you are reading this now. If you are reading this now (which you are), that means that you are a friend of the ministry. We are so thankful for people that hear the sound and meaning of this ministry and show interest and invest towards its furtherance. Know that we love you all, and that we feel the unity throughout the body of Christ as God's kingdom grows ever stronger. We so appreciate you, your heart for God, and your heart for people!!! We as a band are committed to this generation and committed to the very heart of God going forth with spiritual violence at all costs. Keep us in your prayers. Know that your friendship and support is very essential to our ministry. We stay encouraged as you stay involved!!!
So whats been going on in the FIS neighborhood??? GREAT QUESTION!!!
I want to bring you uptodate on a few things that are happenning in our world.
First of all I'd like to say that the FIS NITE OF WORSHIP W MORGAN BUXTON AND HALEY MASTERS @ CHRIST CHURCH WM was a great success. The event in every facet in my opinion was incredible!!! Thanks so much to everyone who attended and to everyone who contributed. This 1 event was supported so broadly by the kingdom of God in this local community. We thank all of you for believing in the vision of this ministry and being an active part of what we do. So many people contributed to making this night a success spiritually and logisticly. A HUGE THANKS to Christ Church of West Monroe for allowing us the use of the facility to facilitate such an awesome movement of worship. Special thanks to Scotty and Morgan Buxton for the many hours they sowed into that night. Andre St Pierre, Matt Brock, Ryan Lowe, and Jarret Carter really extended a hand on the technical (set-up and breakdown) side of things to make it a great night. Needless to say, Morgan and Haley did a great job ministering in song with FIS backing them musically. So much unity there. It was amazing. God likes to be God, and He releases such favor in unity. Another huge thanks to ROB TUCKER and 88.7 THE CROSS for extending so much favor in the promotion of the event. Phillip Brooks also had us in to do a live acoustic studio performance that very morning, which went awesome. The interview time with Phillip was amazing. Rob, Phillip, Bob, Leslie, Sam, and all the rest of the 88.7 gang,,,you guys are amazing. Thanks so much for being who you are. Rob Tucker "mc"ed the event for us and did an excellent job. I so appreciate Rob and his honesty towards the heart of God. He really brings reality in the midst of religion that really speaks a "now" word in the midst of all of live's circumstances. Thanks so much for all of the church's involved in support through attendance. Multiple churches were present with a huge showing of folks in attendance. You guys bless my heart. The night was incredible in the presence of our Father God. God is releasing His heart to the hungry. The revelation of His heart lets us know how inviting He really is. There was a freedom there to "be" with God. It was a night we got to "be" with God through a spirit of revelation. The night was in direct support of our upcoming studio project, and we were able to raise considerable funds to advance that project through the generosity of all you who attended. THANKS, THANKS, AND THANKS!!!
So, as you see, I never blog, but this is probably why. Once I get to writing, its hard for me to stop!! Ha ha!!
Tonight was another great night!!! The group ministered @ ONEIGHTY Youth Ministry of Bethany Church WM (where I am the youth pastor!!!). ONEIGHTY held a youth rally night where multiple groups came together to fellowship, worship, and to receive God's word!!! It was an incredible night as four other youth groups joined with 180 to have a blast in Jesus!!! The worship was great, and I had the privledge of preaching the Word of God. The message was entitled "I Surrender All". The message began with 2 questions. 1..."is there anything God is asking of you that you are witholding of Him?" and 2..."is there anything in your life that is keeping you from going deeper with God?". These two questions positioned the message to see that the things that keep us back from going all the way with God are temporal. We give these things more worth than Jesus many times in our every day lives. The issue is,,,to give all and sell out to Jesus, we must see the worth of His work over our eternal soul. I shared how the worth of Jesus over our eternal soul was infinetly huge and proved the point that he was worth being spent on!!! We are calling a generation to sold out abandonment to Jesus. His worth over my eternal soul cries for all glory and honor to be given Him. As I see His worth over my soul, I MUST HONOR HIM no matter the cost!!!
We ended the night with some Cane's chicken and some great fellowship with the gang. Some other great news in store concerning the project, project finances, project dates, creative thoughts towards the project, and much more. I will speak of some of that news asap here on the blog. Lots of excitement in the air. God is good!!! The next two dates on the calendar will be AWESOMENESS. Keep in touch through the site, FB, and Twitter because we aren't to cool for spontaneous meetings and events!!! ha ha!!! Know that we love you all. We want to be TRUE DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST and want to see you there with us,,,equally yoked with our savior!!! Love you all!
In Christ,
Jeremy Lowe

FOUNDATION OF LOVE
Hey guys! Jeremy here...just wanted to post a little something that God has been laying on my heart about being rooted and grounded in love. Jesus spoke about this intently to His disciples that they might take upon themselves a "Christ-like" compassion. We plan on posting several more videos like this w/ myself, the group and others, just to keep you all on the edge of what God is sharing with us! WE love you all and be blessed!
